These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MDCAT Champion mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Muhammad Akif ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MDCAT Champion is an independent study and practice tool for students preparing for the MDCAT and related admission tests. It provides subject-wise multiple-choice question practice, timed quiz simulations, and past-paper practice material.
MDCAT Champion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ETEA, NUMS, UHS, PMC, or any other examination or admission body. Past paper content is provided for practice purposes only.
You must create an account (email and password) to use the App. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

We take reasonable care in preparing and reviewing question content, but MDCAT Champion is a practice tool, not an official source. We do not guarantee that any question, answer, or explanation is error-free, complete, or reflective of the exact content or difficulty of any real examination. Use of this App does not guarantee any particular exam result or admission outcome.
The App is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banners, interstitials (shown after completing a quiz), or optional rewarded ads (used to unlock detailed explanations or an extra retry attempt). See our Privacy Policy for details on what data this involves.
MDCAT Champion does not currently offer in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. All features are accessible for free, supported by ads as described above.
All question content, explanations, branding, and app design are the property of MDCAT Champion / Muhammad Akif unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Account → Delete Account) or via our Account Deletion Request page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to exam performance or admission outcomes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
